Senior Specialist / Project Manager
Experteer Overview
In this role you support Global Capital Markets trust and entity administration, serving as a primary contact for high-net-worth and institutional clients, handling daily administration and transactions, and facilitating account setup and discretionary actions. You will guide less experienced teammates, coordinate with service partners, and uphold risk and regulatory standards. You help optimize client experiences and contribute to a trusted, compliant service culture.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client relationships and recommend routine internal activities
- Support revenue-generation by preparing documents and participating in meetings
- Manage daily implementation of client strategies
- Act as primary client contact to enhance the client experience
- Resolve client inquiries and requests promptly
- Coordinate with internal and external service partners and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain industry knowledge and stay current with market news
- Adhere to corporate policies, risk controls, and internal audit requirements
- Provide support to team members and promote a collaborative environment
- Maintain internal controls and ensure audits and regulatory points are addressed
Key requirements
- Combined minimum of 4 years’ higher education and/or work experience with direct client contact
- Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree focused on Finance, Business, Economics or Accounting (preferred)
- CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification if corporate trust focus (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients
- Experience working in a team environment
- Proven ability to develop professional relationships with administrative support areas
