As Processes & Governance Manager, you will define and govern programme processes to meet standards and drive alignment with strategic goals. You will establish a governance framework, oversee PM&C policies, and lead a team to deliver mature, compliant processes across programmes. You’ll collaborate with assurance teams, steer continuous improvement, and shape the operating capability roadmap. This role offers exposure to major international programmes within a global industrial leader.

Responsibilities

Define and implement standardized governance processes
Manage governance policy, process and procedure suite integration
Develop and maintain governance model, maturation and effectiveness
Collaborate with Internal Assurance to monitor compliance
Lead continuous improvement of governance processes
Communicate governance requirements across the programme
Create SOPs and guidelines
Lead and manage the process and governance team
Establish PM&C operational capability roadmap
Manage team performance and conduct
Strategize process, procedure and work instruction evolution

Key requirements

PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or APM certification
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant subject
5-10 years of proven governance/process experience
Strong knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., ISO)
Excellent knowledge of business management systems and Office tools for process development and management
Leadership experience and stakeholder engagement
Ability to establish governance frameworks, templates, standards, and review cycles
