As Managing Director, you will own end-to-end accountability for NAV accuracy and timely fund accounting service delivery for a major client. You will lead cross-functional coordination across Fund Accounting, Middle Office, Transfer Agency, and Reporting to ensure control, governance, and client satisfaction. Your role drives data quality, automation, and issue resolution in a high-scale, regulatory-focused environment. You will shape the operating model, partner with technology and operations, and uphold data and valuation integrity to support trust and decision-making.

Responsibilities

Own daily NAV delivery and oversee end-to-end NAV production to meet client and regulatory deadlines
Lead NAV oversight, investigate exceptions, and coordinate resolution with upstream and downstream stakeholders
Drive root cause analysis to reduce recurring NAV issues and boost operational resilience
Establish data governance and gold copy rules to maximize straight-through processing
Enhance data integrity and automation by addressing processing exceptions and partnering with tech and ops teams
Hold accountability for fund launches and lifecycle management, including readiness and post-launch stabilization
Coordinate with Middle Office, Pricing, and Data Governance to ensure data quality and governance across NAV inputs
Ensure adherence to data hierarchy, data sources, and governance in valuation, accounting, and reporting processes

Key requirements

Strong understanding of fixed income yield concepts and related regulatory reporting
Deep knowledge of foreign exchange and complex investment products (structured products, currency hedging, swaps, futures, options, private credit, real estate, etc.)
Expertise in valuation and bond pricing methodologies, including market-based pricing and NAV impact analysis
Proven ability to lead end-to-end service delivery, risk management, and regulatory compliance in a large, global setting
Experience coordinating multi-team workflows and issue resolution across Fund Accounting, Middle Office, and Reporting
