Responsibilities
- Help ensure store meets company objectives and KPI goals
- Provide leadership for operational excellence including policies, shrink prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
- Recruit, develop, and train talent focused on sales, customer experience, and fashion
- Model Torrid Connection standards to foster positive customer connections and loyalty
- Assist in implementing merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment
- Maintain open communication with Store Manager and District Manager
Key requirements
- At least six months of specialty/apparel retail management experience with proven team leadership and sales performance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer experience
- Flexibility to adapt to changing retail conditions and schedules
- Fashion-focused with awareness of current trends
