Responsibilities

Explain the Freedom Boat Club experience and convert prospects into members
Close deals and finalize memberships
Utilize CRM to text, call, and email prospects
Partner with marketing to plan and host events (boat shows, open houses, member socials)
Network in the community to raise awareness of the club
Maintain relationships with current members and leverage referrals
Collaborate with fellow Membership Executives to share best practices
Handle non-traditional hours for responding to prospects and events

Key requirements

7+ years of sales experience
Experience with guerilla marketing, networking, events, and closing deals
Relentless follow-up, strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with a CRM system and Microsoft Office suite
Proven success in selling intangible products
Pass a background/education check and drug screen
