In this FP&A Manager role, you will partner with operations to deliver forward-looking financial insights that drive strategic decisions. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, collaborating with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams. The role supports the month-end close, reporting accuracy, and financial stewardship across the organization. You will translate complex data into actionable operational strategies and help design strong internal controls. Responsibilities

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes and analyze results against plans to identify trends
Develop financial models, forecasts, and reconciliations to support planning
Support month-end close with improved reporting accuracy and efficiency
Analyze operating expenses, payroll, incentives, and segment performance for actionable insights
Act as trusted advisor to operators by translating financial data into actionable strategies
Assist in designing and maintaining internal controls for accurate financial reporting and compliance

Key requirements

4-7 years of experience in financial planning or related roles
Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and close processes
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills
Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles
Proficiency in Excel; NetSuite experience preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Effective time management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
