In this FP&A Consultant role, you will manage complex budgets and forecasts within the Expense Management organization. You’ll partner with Operations and Corporate teams to provide strategic financial insight and drive performance. Your focus is on using data and analytics to distill results, inform targets, and support cross-functional initiatives. This position offers impact across global operations, with a emphasis on forecasting accuracy, cost management, and vendor-related decisions. You will contribute to a collaborative, data-driven culture that shapes financial strategy.

Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing dialogue with business partners to understand strategies, KPIs, and initiatives
- Provide context to results and forecasts to ensure clarity on direction
- Lead forecasting and budgeting efforts for assigned business partners
- Accrue for third-party spend and manage cost elements
- Conduct ad hoc financial analytics (pro-forma analyses, CBAs, unit cost modeling, benchmarking) as needed
- Prepare clear, concise materials for regular meetings and executive presentations
- Ensure monthly/quarterly deliverables are completed accurately in collaboration with Finance partners
- Offer consultative thought leadership and advise on options to improve operations (e.g., 3rd party vendor opportunities)
- Verify forecasts/targets are aligned with business strategy and are well-founded
Key requirements
- 7+ years of experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analytics, and actuals reporting
- Hands-on experience with financial tools and software
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
- Ability to collaborate across multiple organizations and with key partners
