As Founder in Residence, you will steer CVX Ventures through Europe’s expansion, shaping vision, strategy, and teams across markets. You’ll lead the growth of an active angel network and represent CVX publicly to build trust and visibility. This hands-on leadership role requires relocation for new markets and delivering cross-border impact in venture investing. You’ll work closely with the Board to drive culture, performance, and strategic execution, leaving a lasting legacy.

Responsibilities
- Lead growth and execution across CVX markets, existing and new
- Build, manage and inspire high-performing local teams in each market
- Own the global strategy from market entry to operational excellence
- Lead the expansion of the angel investor network across Europe
- Represent CVX publicly at events, conferences, and media
- Involve in deal flow, investment decisions, and startup ecosystem engagement
- Drive culture, excellence, and performance across markets
- Report directly to the Board
Key requirements
- 3-7 years of top-tier management consulting or investment banking plus startup/venture/PE experience
- Flexibility to relocate to new markets for several months
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead with trust
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
- Strategic thinker who is willing to get hands dirty
