In this role you will bridge our clinical trial platform with sponsor operations, shaping AI-enabled features and deployment strategy. You guide solution design, workflow optimization, and data integration across trials, translating real-world deployments into an impactful product roadmap. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable implementations that deliver measurable value for pharma sponsors. This is a chance to lead enterprise deployments at scale, shaping digital transformation in clinical development.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary product lead for strategic pharma accounts, driving deployment, adoption, and value realization of core platform and AI features.
Conduct deep discovery with clinical operations, biometrics, medical, regulatory, and data management stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for automation and AI support.
Lead cross-functional squads through implementation cycles covering workflow design, model integration, and iterative refinement.
Act as the customer’s strategic partner during trial- and program-level deployments, managing change needs and ensuring responsible use of advanced technologies.

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
5–10+ years in clinical trial software, life sciences tech, AI-enabled SaaS, or data/analytics-driven product delivery
Strong understanding of clinical development workflows (study startup, data management, monitoring, medical review, trial operations)
Proven success leading complex enterprise software deployments with large pharma or CROs
Experience with AI/ML products, LLMs, data science teams, or analytics-enabled workflow tools
Ability to translate ambiguous user needs into crisp product requirements and model-supported workflows
Strong communication skills with senior R&D, digital, and data/AI stakeholders
Travel to customer sites around 75%
Ideally located in NY/NJ/CT
