Foodservice Category Manager

In this role, you will manage the customer relations, purchasing, and financial management for your product category to maximize profits and satisfaction. You will coordinate buying, selling, and merchandising with vendors and the distributor to ensure strong in-stock positions and efficient operations. You’ll optimize inventory, monitor turns, and resolve slow-moving items while maintaining product knowledge for customers. You will work cross-functionally with accounting and purchasing teams to ensure accurate costing, pricing, and vendor bill backs.
