In this role you bridge distribution and investment teams to represent Guggenheim’s fixed income capabilities to clients and internal partners. You will translate portfolio positioning, performance attribution, and risk insights for institutional and retail audiences, acting as an extension of the portfolio management team. You’ll work across sales, product strategy, and marketing to shape client-focused solutions and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Represent investment capabilities to current and prospective clients and internal partners as liaison between distribution and investment teams
Explain portfolio positioning, performance attribution, and risk attributes to institutional and retail distribution and external clients
Grow and retain business by representing investment strategies in collaboration with distribution
Maintain deep understanding of product structures, liquidity, fees, jurisdictions, vehicle types, and competitive landscape for institutional and retail asset owners
Position and market solutions to upsell/cross-sell to existing clients and identify new growth opportunities
Partner with distribution and client service teams to pursue new business opportunities and service institutional clients
Collaborate with Head of Fixed Income Product Strategy, Head of Distribution, and Marketing on campaigns and product roadmaps
Develop frameworks capturing regional client needs, regulatory trends, and market movements to inform product design
Serve as subject matter expert for fixed income strategies, providing commentary and responding to ad-hoc client requests
Act as client-facing strategist for existing products and development inquiries from internal sales, clients, and prospects
Support the distribution team in client re-ups and cross-marketing opportunities
Maintain communication with investment teams and regional leaders to fulfill product strategy needs
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diverse client bases including family offices, endowments, foundations, pension plans, Taft-Hartley plans, sub-advisory, consultants, insurance, and home office research teams

Key requirements

10+ years of experience in fixed income strategies
Extensive knowledge of distribution and investment lines of business
Experience in client-facing roles
