Responsibilities

Manage all accounting operations (A/R, A/P, payroll)
Prepare and publish monthly financial statements and coordinate regulatory reporting
Ensure compliance with financial, legal, and internal policies
Oversee budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning
Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to optimise financial performance
Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights for decision-making
Lead and develop the finance team to maintain high performance and engagement

Key requirements

ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification
Experience in financial management within manufacturing
Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to interpret financial data
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting systems
Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage a finance team
Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement mindset
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
