In this role you will support our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions across manufacturing operations and field service technicians. You will help management make informed decisions by delivering accurate financial data and insights. The position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is based onsite at our St. Louis headquarters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, budgets, and cost control, shaping financial clarity for operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance reports
Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts; identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial metrics to leadership
Assist in developing annual budgets for manufacturing operations and field services; maintain forecasts
Track and reconcile manufacturing costs, labor expenses, and field service billing; monitor project profitability and job costing accuracy
Support inventory valuation, cost accounting, accounts payable/receivable reconciliation, and month-/year-end closing procedures
Assist with audit preparation and external reporting; maintain financial documentation and records
Maintain financial databases and spreadsheets; ensure data input accuracy and reporting

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of relevant experience in accounting/financial reporting
Experience creating Tableau reports
Strong GAAP and SOX knowledge/experience
Organized and systematic with ability to develop strategic plans
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with ability to work with limited direction and under pressure
Technical acumen, problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills
Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
