In this role you will support the PMO by integrating cost and schedule data, forecasting manpower, and managing budget changes. You will produce Earned Value performance reports and ensure adherence to EVMS guidelines, working closely with the Business Manager to drive flawless execution. You’ll operate in a small, agile finance team, handling multiple program issues in a deadline-driven environment at the Tewksbury onsite site. This is a mission-driven opportunity to contribute to defense programs with a strong emphasis on disciplined program controls.

Responsibilities

Support PMO with cost and schedule integration and manpower forecasts
Prepare EVMS-based financial reports and staffing analyses
Process Budget Change Requests (BCR) and quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC
Collaborate with Business Manager to enforce EV guidelines and drive compliance
Work independently on multiple program issues in a fast-paced environment
Communicate financial insights to stakeholders and support flawless execution

Key requirements

Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics or related field
Minimum 5 years of related finance experience or advanced degree with 3 years of experience
Experience with EVMS
Experience with SAP, RPlan, BW, APEX, PRISM or similar system
U.S. citizenship required for access to government systems
