In dieser Rolle leiten Sie die Finanzsteuerung der Sportabteilung und tragen die P&L-Verantwortung. Sie arbeiten eng mit Agents, Beratern und Führungskräften zusammen, um Buchhaltung, Abrechnung und Berichterstattung zuverlässig zu managen. Sie sind das operativ tätige Zentrum für Budgetierung, Cashflow und Vertragserträge in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit vielen Klienten. Sie treiben präzise Finanzprozesse voran und sichern termingerechte, nachvollziehbare Berichte. Ziel ist es, finanzielle Transparenz und Wachstum für das Sportgeschäft von Roc Nation zu ermöglichen.

Responsibilities
- Month-end close including accruals and reconciliations across sports divisions
- Manage deferred revenue and revenue recognition per contracts
- Oversee commission expense reconciliations and P&L reporting by sport, client, and deal type
- End-to-end invoicing for 300+ clients on bi-annual cycle and collections follow-up
- Track AR status, balances, and payments; maintain clean AR records
- Coordinate with consultants on remittances, disputes, and tax docs (1099s)
- Prepare weekly cash flow schedules and support rolling forecasts
- Generate reports by sport, client, booking type, and revenue category
- Enter and maintain athlete contracts, deal terms, and commissions across systems
- Support budgeting and forecasting; evaluate project P&Ls and revenue pipelines
- Partner with FP&A on financial models and annual budgeting
- Assist with union reporting and compliance documentation
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5-8 years in accounting/finance with strong AR, accruals, reconciliations, month-end close
- Advanced Excel; experience with Oracle or similar ERP
- Experience with Airtable or similar workflow platforms preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data
- Strong communication with agents, advisors, and senior leadership
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines independently
