In this role you will lead cost control and EVMS compliance for the Global Patriot program portfolio, guiding the execution of the backlog and supporting a potential $5B new business capture. You will manage a small finance team and partner closely with Program Directors, PMs, technical teams, and external customers to align on strategy and financial objectives. You will own forecasting, manpower planning, operating plans, and earned value reporting to enable informed decisions. This opportunity offers onsite work across multiple U.S. locations and a path to influence large-scale defense programs while shaping financial strategy.

Responsibilities

Manage cost control, EVMS compliance, and backlog execution across multiple contracts
Lead and develop a finance team of 1–2 professionals
Coordinate forecasts, manpower reporting, and long-range/annual operating plans
Prepare analyses and charts for program reviews and reporting activities
Oversee quarterly Estimates at Complete and EACs; support proposals and gate reviews
Support international customer communications and cross-functional program alignment
Support proposal development, program start-up, and business capture efforts
Perform currency hedging analysis and invoice reconciliation with JV/landed partners

Key requirements

BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field plus 5 years finance experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years finance experience
Experience with program costs and/or schedules
Experience with FP&A
Experience with SAP, BW, RPlan, PMX, EDIT+ or similar systems
