As Finance Compliance Manager for Technology & Data within IMFT, you enable compliant, scalable finance transformation across SAP-driven programs. You translate enterprise control frameworks into SAP-specific requirements and guide ITGC, data integrity, and SOX-related controls. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate technology risks and ensure governance across SAP configurations, interfaces, and workflows. This role sits at the heart of a cross-functional transformation delivering value and speed in decision-making.

Responsibilities

Translate ICFR, SOX, and ITGC requirements into SAP S/4HANA transformation controls
Act as primary compliance contact for SAP and technology topics within transformation programs
Lead technology-focused risk assessments including ITGC, SAP application risks, and data integrity considerations
Design and apply ITGC controls (access, change management, operations, configuration)
Provide guidance on SAP configurations, workflows, and system-enabled controls aligned with SOX
Define controls for system interfaces (source-to-target, error handling, reconciliation, monitoring)
Review program-level compliance artifacts for SAP and IT controls for completeness and consistency
Monitor technology and data-related risks across initiatives and escalate material risks
Coordinate across programs to manage shared SAP platforms and cross-system dependencies
Contribute to development of ITGC, SAP risk, and data integrity methodologies
Ensure traceability of compliance decisions and governance outcomes
Promote a risk-based, pragmatic approach to technology and data compliance that supports Finance Transformation objectives
Serve as SME for auditors, explaining ITGC principles, risk assessments, and control matrices

Key requirements

University degree in Finance or Economics or related fields
Min. 8-8 years of experience in Finance roles, preferably in significant system transformation projects
Working knowledge of financial and IT internal controls
Working knowledge of SOX 404, US GAAP, and IFRS
Experience in a complex, multi-ERP environment; SAP S/4HANA highly preferred
People management skills and ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment
Experience with SAP S4 Hana highly preferred
Ability to identify and mitigate process risks
