In this role you partner with regional leaders to guide financial decisions and strategic execution within Retail Banking. You’ll lead regional reviews, extract insights from performance data, and drive expense discipline and productivity initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to shape future-state workflows and executive-ready materials for leaders. Responsibilities

Act as the primary finance point of contact for regional directors and senior stakeholders
Deliver actionable insights from regional performance and translate into proposals
Lead regional business reviews using KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Drive bottom-line performance through disciplined expense management and productivity efforts
Partner with Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to influence strategy and automation
Monitor core Retail Banking metrics such as balance growth, acquisition/retention, and branch productivity
Collaborate with Operations and Technology to design future workflows and implement tools
Coordinate with regional and national partners to execute cross-functional initiatives
Lead cross-functional workstreams and support national initiatives for consistent execution
Represent the business in internal forums and provide executive-ready updates

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Experience partnering with senior leaders in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment
Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize large datasets
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalents)
Strong written and verbal communication for executive updates
Project management, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to build relationships across multiple functions
