In this role you will serve as a technical resource supporting customers through the sales cycle, applying your electrical and connector/fiber optic knowledge to enable product adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and present technically sound solutions. The position involves creating customer-focused materials and delivering presentations to showcase our offerings. You’ll travel to customer sites to understand needs and differentiate our products in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, including discovery, design, prototyping, and production
- Provide technical marketing support for product development including power, memory, storage, and IO
- Prepare and deliver technically-focused presentations to customers
- Create customer-facing, application-specific materials
- Offer technical customer support and propose product solutions to address inquiries
- Help differentiate our products from competitors
- Meet and exceed strategic objectives
- Travel to US customer locations as needed
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in Creo and SolidWorks
- 2+ years in design or applications engineering of electrical hardware components/interconnect solutions
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and training opportunities
