In this role, you will embed AI as a core part of Factorial’s HR platform to automate workflows and empower users with safe, scalable AI capabilities. You will own end-to-end problems—from ideation to shipping and iteration—working closely with product, design, and engineering. You’ll design evaluation frameworks to measure LLM effectiveness and build the infrastructure for delivering AI features safely. This hands-on position emphasizes product impact and collaboration, with a direct influence on hiring and engineering direction. You will shape how AI drives real outcomes for thousands of customers and contribute to a people‑first engineering culture.

Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-driven workflows that change user interactions with the platform
- Create evaluation frameworks to validate LLM features and track performance
- Build underlying infrastructure to deploy AI features safely and reliably
- own problems end-to-end—from discovery and design to delivery and iteration
- Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams; influence hiring and talent development
