As Facility Project Manager, you drive the launch and ongoing support of clinical sites, shaping the physical environments that empower patient-focused infusion care. You lead construction, oversee upkeep, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver facilities on time and within budget. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on problem solving to ensure safe, high-quality environments across multiple locations. Your work directly supports scalable, patient-centric service delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement new facility buildouts, including equipment procurement
Oversee construction from start to finish and manage scope, schedule, and budget
Track progress with tools (e.g., Monday.com, Excel) and provide weekly updates
Present reports on progress, risks, and solutions
Develop construction plans with architects/engineers/GCs and obtain permits
Travel prior to and during active construction for site furnishing and progress
Serve as liaison between building staff and property management during the first year
Oversee ongoing maintenance, vendor performance, and service contracts
Supervise custodial, repair, security, and parking operations
Ensure security, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety procedures
Approve accounts payable related to facility upkeep and utilities
Maintain bi-annual inspections and maintenance reports
Perform other duties and occasional site inspections
