As Facility Project Manager you will lead the launch of new clinical sites and support ongoing operations across multiple locations. You will oversee facility buildouts, equipment procurement, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely, on-budget openings. You’ll track progress with project tools, report on risks, and work with cross-functional teams to uphold patient-focused service environments. This role combines project leadership, vendor oversight, and operational excellence to scale our infusion centers and improve patient experience.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement new facility buildouts including equipment procurement
Oversee construction from start to finish and manage project deliverables
Track progress with tools (e.g., Monday.com, Excel) and provide weekly updates
Ensure projects are on time, within scope, and within budget; manage scope, schedule, and costs
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and general contractors; obtain permits/licenses
Assist in dispute resolution and mitigate schedule risks
Oversee facility upkeep, liaising between building staff and property managers for first year
Supervise custodial, repair, security, and parking operations; ensure safety and emergency procedures
Approve accounts payable related to upkeep, budgeting, and utilities; manage service contracts and vendor quality
Conduct bi-annual inspections and maintain maintenance/safety reports
Travel as required for site selection, inspections, and project delivery
