In this role you will oversee facility management for bank locations, coordinating with architects, vendors, and regulators. You will support branch expansion efforts and manage maintenance, renovations, and relocations. The position emphasizes procurement, vendor performance, and cost control while ensuring regulatory compliance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to secure approvals, negotiate leases and vendor terms, and uphold quality and security standards. This is a hands-on, impact‑driven role in preserving safe, efficient banking facilities.

Responsibilities
- Oversee property management including maintenance, security, janitorial, system monitoring, moving services, and remodels
- Review and negotiate lease agreements
- Identify new branch locations and negotiate terms
- Obtain regulatory approvals for construction from local, state, and federal banking bodies
- Maintain vendor relationships and monitor performance, quality, and pricing commitments
- Control inventory turnover within budget
- Negotiate vendor pricing, terms, and promotions
- Coordinate with internal staff and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements
- Lead day-to-day purchasing activities and guide procurement staff
- Other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to interact effectively with vendors and staff
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Bilingual Korean and English preferred
