As Engagement Manager, you drive successful delivery of LiveRamp Global Services projects by collaborating with commercial leads and service consultants. You’ll manage scope, timelines, and resources, while translating complex technical concepts for executives and cross‑functional teams. You’ll shape client journeys by aligning LiveRamp’s roadmap with clients’ data strategies and identifying new opportunities beyond scope. This role blends consulting, program management, and hands-on delivery within a privacy‑conscious data ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Lead and partner with LGS to ensure delivery of services sold, coordinating with practice areas
Develop project and resource plans with clients and LGS leads, monitor budgets and deadlines
Scope engagements independently with SMEs as needed
Align client leadership with LiveRamp’s technical roadmap and long‑term data strategy
Participate in or lead client meetings with a consultative approach
Own client relationships and ensure business objectives are met
Escalate issues to the Engagement Management Lead or Director
Identify challenges and craft actionable recommendations to maximize value
Demonstrate deep understanding of LiveRamp products and services
Mentor team members when appropriate
Occasionally travel for project delivery

Key requirements

7+ years in project management or customer-facing delivery roles
3+ years delivering professional services in a strategic consulting, SaaS/AdTech, or large system integrator context
Strong technical understanding of programmatic ecosystem: DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, identity graphs, and universal IDs
Knowledge of web tracking, identity resolution, and martech/ad tech data flows
Familiarity with cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks) and SQL-based data transformation
Solid understanding of global privacy regulations and data sharing implications
Experience communicating with product teams, data scientists, and executives
Strong multitasking and cross-functional project leadership
Excellent executive communication (written and oral)
Willingness to travel several times per year
Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and progress through critical thinking
Motivated, proactive, and collaborative with cross-functional teams
