In this program you will engage in strategic product initiatives and collaborate with CTO, Product and Engineering leaders to shape Dynatrace’s product vision. You will drive cross-functional, high-impact programs across the organization and learn the business and product landscape before transitioning into a Product Leadership role. The role focuses on innovating value across Dynatrace solutions and aligning roadmaps with business goals. Expect a hands-on, growth-oriented path in a globally distributed, product-led environment.

Responsibilities
- Drive cross-cutting, strategically important initiatives impacting multiple org units
- Collaborate across departments to learn the product and organization
- Lead, strategize, and implement complex program-level initiatives
- Maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategy and customer input
- Set personal goals from given topics and implement solutions across departments
- Grow into leading a specific Product domain as experience increases
- Work with stakeholders to address market needs and balance roadmap priorities
Key requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in a software product environment
- 7+ years in a Product Lead function with international leadership experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with prior founding/leading a business in a fast-moving software market
- Ability to navigate a complex organization and identify go-to personas across solutions
- Ability to translate market and business understanding into product strategy and goals
- Strong interest in Software Intelligence, Cloud Technologies, AI, Application Security, and SaaS
- Self-motivated, creative, and capable of proposing and implementing solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable in C-level interactions
