Responsibilities

Define end-to-end product strategy and priorities for EveryDollar
Identify high-leverage problems across customer segments and translate into measurable outcomes
Make and communicate tough tradeoffs to maintain focus and quality
Develop product leadership and collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
Drive alignment and outcomes rather than just execution
Own the product roadmap with emphasis on simplification and trustworthiness
Focus on behavioral change in financial habits, not just feature usage
Translate product decisions into business outcomes like growth, retention, and revenue
Create a culture of fast, high-quality delivery and clear priorities

Key requirements

10+ years in product management for consumer products
Proven track record leading and scaling product teams
Strong product judgment in ambiguous situations
Experience owning product strategy end-to-end
Leadership experience with a builder mindset
History of simplifying products and improving user experience
Proven ability to drive behavior change through products
Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes (growth, retention, revenue)
High agency and proactive on moving initiatives forward
Alignment with Ramsey’s mission and values
