Executive Director of Enterprise Risk and Compliance

In this role you will lead Near North Health’s enterprise risk, compliance, and privacy programs to safeguard the organization and ensure regulatory alignment. You will work with the executive team and report to the CEO, with Board-facing accountability to the Board Chair on executive matters. You will shape risk governance, drive a proactive compliance program, and help advance the organization’s mission to deliver accessible, high-quality primary care. This is a chance to influence risk strategy at scale within a mission-driven health system.
