Executive Director

In this role you will lead Boston Children’s Chorus as chief executive, guiding mission stewardship, fundraising, financial sustainability, external relationships, and culture. You will implement a newly developed four-year strategic plan to strengthen long-term impact and prominence while keeping artistic excellence, youth development, and social inquiry at the center. You will collaborate with staff, the Board, donors, partners, and families to expand partnerships and advance the organization’s national leadership in music education and social impact. This is an opportunity to shape arts education and civic engagement in Greater Boston and beyond.
