Evolved SeaSparrow Missile (ESSM) Test Equipment Chief Engineer

As Test Equipment Chief Engineer for the ESSM program, you lead TE activities and technical decision-making to resolve factory issues and optimize production. You will steer the TE program across multiple sites, balancing technical rigor with cost and schedule goals. You’ll chair reviews, guide cross-functional teams, and collaborate with customer TechRep to shape viable, cost-effective solutions. This role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership and production execution, delivering impactful improvements for a high-stakes defense program. You’ll work onsite in Tucson with travel to support global factories and ongoing TE development.
