Responsibilities

Support sales and coordinate with product line leadership, engineering, and commercial teams on prospecting, market acquisitions, and go-to-market alignment
Develop value propositions and conduct competition assessments to articulate Baker Hughes technology benefits
Engage early in project development to drive demand and market penetration for solutions
Create reference architectures and assess potential solution value aligned to client outcomes
Evaluate technology applications for industry processes and tailor solutions to client conditions
Lead complex product/system analyses and manage multi-stakeholder discussions across engineering, legal, risk, and finance
Build a strong pipeline through project screening and prioritization using scoring tools
Verify technical feasibility and resource availability for opportunities
Support new business models, partnerships, and consortia
Conceptualize and execute thought leadership to raise Baker Hughes visibility as partner of choice
Represent the company at fairs/events

Key requirements

Experience in integrated energy solutions including geothermal ORC/STG, CHP, and LDES
Strong turbomachinery knowledge (centrifugal/axial compressors, ICL), gas and steam turbines, turboexpanders
Experience with utilities and IPP energy markets
Project engineering/development in electricity, power generation, geothermal, or microgrids
Thermal engineering software experience; Thermoflow and GTPro knowledge advantageous
Experience with business case assessment or pre-feasibility studies
Familiarity with CAPEX, OPEX, and LCOE
Commercial acumen, proactive demand generation, and client-focused value proposition development
Excellent verbal and written English
Willingness to travel internationally
Leadership in matrix environments and strong relationship-building
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs; proven project management skills
