Estimator

You will work closely with project managers, crews, and clients to scope losses, document details with photos, and manage all estimate documentation. Your work affects both mitigation and reconstruction planning, labor and material cost calculations, and communication with insurers and adjusters. This position offers impact on project outcomes within a restoration team and emphasizes accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to carrier audit standards. The role hinges on strong Xactimate expertise and deep understanding of commercial and insurance restoration.
