In this role you will lead ERP service delivery across the EMEA region, aligning with IT strategy and regional business goals. You will manage a multi-country ERP team, oversee performance against SLAs, and foster strong relationships with business leaders to maximize ERP value. You will standardize processes, collaborate with global and regional IT teams, and drive improvements in service quality and risk management. This position offers the chance to shape ERP architecture and operations across 100+ plants and shared services, with a focus on customer-centric delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the ERP team across the region (3–10 members, including contractors)
Manage external contractors and third-party providers
Consolidate portfolio of Legacy ERP Systems to improve visibility, compliance, and risk mitigation
Build strong relations with local business leads and third-party providers for a secure support environment
Manage delivery of Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Engage with business stakeholders regularly to align IT initiatives with business needs
Prioritize IT initiatives based on organization needs, strategy, workload, and budget
Ensure compliance with Group IT standards and IT security policies
Oversee ERP project delivery and changes to support processes for IT shared services
Monitor and report on service quality and KPIs
Provide talent management and capacity planning for the ERP perimeter
Manage training and budget for IT operations staff

Key requirements

Technology-related bachelor’s degree
10+ years in IT with supervisory, project management, consulting, and business process re-engineering experience
5+ years in a management role
Proven track record in process standardization, best practices adoption, and customer satisfaction monitoring
Experience leading diverse teams and managing third-party vendors
