Experteer Overview

In this role you design, build, and support cloud-based, mission-critical applications for global enterprise customers. You collaborate with engineering teams and senior technologists to ensure a flawless customer experience and advise on strategy, planning, and launch. You will review operational performance, incidents, and prelaunch plans, and propose new offerings to align with customer needs. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position that sits at the intersection of technical execution and customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and support cloud-based enterprise applications and services for global customers
Manage enterprise accounts, oversee support cases, and advise on strategy, project planning, launch, and operations
Analyze and present operational performance reviews; provide detailed service disruption reviews and prelaunch planning
Recommend new offerings and provide proactive architectural guidance across the implementation lifecycle
Advocate for customer requirements and participate in customer meetings; use resolution tools to facilitate rapid issue resolution

Key requirements

Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field and 1 year of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s with 5 years of related experience
1 year experience in designing, developing, implementing, troubleshooting, and managing large-scale distributed applications
1 year experience with system administration in Linux or Windows
1 year experience in computer networking, scripting, and automation
Domestic/international travel up to 25%
