Responsibilities

Lead the engineering support for a locomotive fleet under the maintenance contract
Guide the project engineering team through mobilization and execution phases
Ensure customer engineering requirements are clarified and met on schedule and quality
Drive timelines for service mobilization, maintenance plans, and spare parts/material definition
Update customer documentation (maintenance docs, spare parts catalog, work instructions)
Manage obsolescence issues with obsolescence manager and system engineers
Monitor delivery of service engineering tasks and coordinate resources and scheduling
Deliver all service engineering tasks timely and efficiently

Key requirements

3+ years of engineering project management experience with maintenance management knowledge in locomotive/heavy equipment/industrial sectors
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
PMP certification or equivalent project management knowledge
Ability to travel up to 10%
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Comfort working in non-climate-controlled environments and in inclement weather if required
