Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end software (audio algorithms) and firmware release cycles for broader engineering teams
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison ensuring transparent updates and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Drive technical project management, prioritizing, scheduling, and resourcing
  • Establish and refine system workflows to enable reliable software deployments
  • Influence DevOps infrastructure to maintain high-availability CI/CD pipelines and scalable delivery frameworks
  • Manage and mentor technical staff, promoting professional development and collaboration

Key requirements

  • 10+ years embedded software and/or firmware experience, preferably with audio tech or real-time systems
  • 5+ years technical project management experience (Scrum/Agile)
  • Proven track record deploying software products in production environments on Linux (Yocto) and Android
  • Solid understanding of systems architecture, version control, and release management
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational abilities
