Senior Specialist / Project Manager

As part of the PDNR team, you will deliver civil design support for development projects, translating concepts into buildable plans. You will produce calculations, drawings, and bid documents while coordinating with a Project Manager and design team. You’ll ensure design work meets standards, within budget and schedule, contributing to community-focused infrastructure. Responsibilities

Provide technical and design services for civil engineering projects as part of a project team
Prepare design computations and assessments
Produce design/construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents
Report to the Project Manager
Complete design tasks within budget and on schedule
Coordinate with Project Manager and design team on design issues and calculations
Stay current with Local, State & Federal design standards and regulations

Key requirements

Bachelor of Science in Civil
Proficient in CAD Civil 3D; able to learn other design software
Process-oriented with strong organization and technical skills
Strong written and verbal communication; able to take directives and coordinate with the team
Ability to complete work with moderate flexibility to varying PM demands
May or may not require a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record
