In this role you will design and deliver production-grade ML products, building scalable models to optimize ads-related outcomes and user acquisition metrics. You will collaborate with multiple internal ML teams and cross-functional partners to deploy features that advance business goals, while mentoring junior engineers. You’ll explore cutting-edge ML approaches, prototype new solutions, and drive production deployments in a global context. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position at Samsung that combines research, engineering, and collaboration to shape ML-driven advertising solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end ML products for production
- Develop and deploy scalable ML models for optimization goals (pCTR, app-install, ROAS, retention)
- Research and prototype new ML solutions; deploy into production
- Analyze large advertising data; identify gaps and propose technical proposals
- Collaborate with internal ML teams to improve codebase and product health
- Work with cross-functional partner teams globally to deliver ML features and meet business objectives
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Key requirements
- Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field with two years of relevant experience
- Two years of experience in machine learning and data mining projects
- Programming experience in Python, Go, or related OO language
- Experience with production-grade ML solutions in digital advertising
