Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive new business and manage End User relationships across CXO to line management levels. You will lead deal strategy, coordinate ecosystem partners, and translate industry and financial insights into compelling value propositions. You’ll guide opportunities from prospecting to closure, ensuring smooth handoffs to delivery and ongoing customer care. This position combines complex, multi-service sales with a focus on automation solutions within Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Plant offerings, delivering meaningful impact through cross-functional collaboration and strategic account growth.

Responsibilities

  • New business development from prospecting to closure
  • Manage customer relationships through all sales-cycle stages
  • Coordinate handover to System Integrators/Partners for delivery
  • Coach partner delivery leaders on customer management
  • Provide feedback to strategic portfolio functions on customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes and approvals
  • Coordinate executive-level relationships with customers
  • Lead or coordinate global relationship initiatives
  • Share best practices with the sales community and mentor others
  • Manage deal crafting, positioning, and negotiations
  • Drive demand and qualify opportunities

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of complex solution selling in manufacturing environments (CPG, Life Sciences, Water/Waste, Metals)
  • Strong technical knowledge: Automation Systems and Solutions, PLC, PAC, Controllers, Drives, HMI, SCADA, MES, iIoT, Connected Devices
  • Experience in Solution Selling, Outcome Based Selling, Customer-Centric Selling
  • Ability to establish CXO-level relationships and meet/exceed quota
  • Experience in business transformation solutions and MES/Control Architecture understanding
  • Bachelor-level degree; MBA or advanced degrees considered a plus
  • Team player with leadership and mentoring capabilities
