As an Employment Law Attorney, you will provide expert legal guidance and representation on workplace matters, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting clients’ rights. You will work with the legal team to advise on employment law issues, draft and negotiate contracts and policies, and represent clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration. You’ll support strategy with research and contribute to policy development and training programs. This role offers hands-on impact in defending client interests and shaping workplace practices within a compliance-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on employment law issues and regulatory compliance at federal, state, and local levels
Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, policies, and agreements
Represent clients in litigation, mediation, and arbitration related to workplace disputes
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and client advice
Assist in developing and implementing workplace policies and training programs
Advocate for clients in administrative proceedings and negotiations with opposing parties
Prepare legal documents, briefs, and reports for employment law matters

Key requirements

License to practice law in the jurisdiction
JD from an accredited law school
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience (employment law preferred)
Strong legal research and writing skills
Proven experience in contract negotiation and compliance matters
Ability to handle litigation and represent clients in mediation/arbitration
Excellent communication and advocacy skills
