Responsibilities
- Work on diverse sales or commercial deliverables, from customer-facing roles to enablement tools and analytics
- Complete formal training with coaching and mentorship for development
- Network globally and cross-functionally, lead program initiatives with peers
- Solve critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams
Key requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree (Engineering preferred; Economics, Business or Marketing considered)
- GPA 3.0 (on 4.0 scale)
- Up to three years post-degree work experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Strong leadership, relationship-building and virtual team engagement skills
- Geographically mobile for the two-year program
- Innovative approach to sales, commercial and marketing techniques
- Legal entitlement to work without sponsorship or time restrictions
