Responsibilities

Work on diverse sales or commercial deliverables, from customer-facing roles to enablement tools and analytics
Complete formal training with coaching and mentorship for development
Network globally and cross-functionally, lead program initiatives with peers
Solve critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams

Key requirements

Bachelor or Master degree (Engineering preferred; Economics, Business or Marketing considered)
GPA 3.0 (on 4.0 scale)
Up to three years post-degree work experience
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Strong leadership, relationship-building and virtual team engagement skills
Geographically mobile for the two-year program
Innovative approach to sales, commercial and marketing techniques
Legal entitlement to work without sponsorship or time restrictions
