Responsibilities

Support firmware/software development planning for HVPS projects
Hands-on firmware/software design for HV power supplies (languages include C, Verilog, VHDL, C#, Java; RTOS-based)
Interface with engineering peers to implement features from product requirements
Prepare technical documentation (diagrams, test reports, manuals, release notes)
Review customer requirements and support release/verification processes
Improve firmware/software release processes and revision control (Tortoise SVN)
Research latest embedded concepts (DSPs, MCUs, FPGAs, CPLDs, SOM)
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Quality teams as needed
Develop Embedded Systems Engineering plans aligned with company objectives
Support design reviews, documentation, and software/firmware releases as per processes
Foster an engineering culture of high performance and proactive mentoring

Key requirements

Bachelor in Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years in Embedded Systems
Understanding Verilog or VHDL FPGA design
Knowledge of digital systems (ADC, DAC, UART, RS-485/RS-232, USB, Ethernet, MCUs, DSPs, RAM/ROM)
Experience with emulators, debuggers, JTAG, IDEs; design/verification tools
Exposure to Matlab-Simulink, PSIM, and similar tools
Experience with design verification testing and customer-facing documentation
Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to drive value
