Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain embedded drivers and firmware with a focus on C for embedded systems
Develop and support real-time embedded applications using RTOS for reliability and scalability
Lead board support package (BSP) development, bring-up, and hardware validation
Utilize Python or similar scripting to automate testing and development workflows
Communicate effectively across engineering teams and align with performance, quality, and delivery standards
Drive technical collaboration with cross‑functional teams, external partners, suppliers, and contractors to deliver high‑quality solutions

Key requirements

Minimum 5 years of embedded driver/firmware development in C
Strong BSP/board bring-up experience
Solid understanding of control systems, algorithms, and signal processing
Knowledge of UART, SPI, I2C, DMA, I2S; USB is a plus
Experience with OLED display drivers; ability to read schematics and interfaces
Proficiency with oscilloscopes, debuggers, logic analyzers
Experience using Python for test code; version control with SVN or Git
Hands-on, with ability to conduct design reviews and engage third‑party work
Willingness to work hands-on and leverage AI tools for coding
