Responsibilities
- Lead productivity through weekly and daily work planning
- Coordinate electrical installation and design activities across site teams
- Manage subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
- Monitor programme, budget, and project performance against targets
- Ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance
- Track labour, resources, and productivity across all phases
- Oversee complete electrical installation from start through commissioning
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Lead and support site teams including supervisors and foremen
- Coordinate with other trades for smooth site operations
- Review and approve project documentation and site reports
- Prepare weekly progress, risks, labour, and procurement reports
- Chair weekly site meetings with safety, QA, BIM, and project teams
- Ensure actions are tracked and closed out
Key requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or similar)
- Strong experience delivering large-scale electrical projects
- Data centre or industrial project experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation delivery
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
