In this role, you will lead the day-to-day and strategic growth of The Crème Shop’s D2C site to boost profitability, acquisition, and customer health. You’ll align ecommerce initiatives with brand priorities and financial targets while collaborating with cross-functional partners. Expect ownership of site performance, promotions, product launches, and platform roadmap to scale the business. This is a growth-focused leadership role with a bonus-driven incentive structure.

Responsibilities

  • Manage brand.com and oversee yearly/monthly strategic plans
  • Lead P&L ownership and monthly/annual financial planning with leadership
  • Forecast sales, set targets, and develop tools for performance measurement
  • Plan and execute site calendar, product launches, and promotions
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing, CRM, and merchandising efforts
  • Develop and manage content roadmap and on-site experiences
  • Optimize catalog, search, and product recommendations for conversion
  • Drive customer reviews and enhance overall customer experience
  • Build and maintain platform roadmap with product team and manage 3rd party site experiences
  • Monitor inventory, GwP levels, and sell-through for exclusives and limited editions

Key requirements

  • 10+ years in ecommerce with P&L responsibilities
  • Experience with leading ecommerce platforms (Shopify)
  • Strong analytical skills and web metrics focus
  • Storytelling ability to bring brands to life digitally
  • Ability to recruit, mentor, and develop talent
  • Strong prioritization and communication with executives in a fast-paced environment
