As an E2E System Architect, you define and justify architectures for complex space solutions, balancing stakeholder expectations with technical and financial constraints. You will establish architecture artefacts, guide co‑engineering approaches, and negotiate interfaces across teams and suppliers. You’ll work closely with customers to translate needs into rigorous system designs while aligning with the road map and reuse policies. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, systems engineering, and program delivery in a global aerospace context.

Responsibilities

Define candidate architectures for the indicated level to satisfy stakeholder expectations and leverage technology roadmaps
Establish solution architecture through trade-offs among requirements, tech options, costs, risks, and schedule; document artefacts and approve lower-level specs
Support the solution development lifecycle and shape the co-engineering approach
Manage lifecycle requirements, performance evaluation, interfaces, and technical negotiations among stakeholders

Key requirements

Master in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
significant experience in architecture and engineering systems
leadership mindset and team development capabilities
strong customer engagement and communication skills
proactive, responsible, and takes initiative

collaborative mindset persuasiveness excellent communication and relationship-building MBSE and modeling tools concept, design, experimentation and simulation tools integration, verification, validation and qualification (IV&V|IVQ) approaches
