In this role you lead the visualization layer for CRR risk reporting, shaping architecture and delivery across frontend, backend, and data stores. You collaborate with platform engineering and business analysts to enable fast, scalable risk visualization for positions, P&L, FX exposures, and adjustments. You drive high-performance React/AgGrid UIs, .NET services, and OpenSearch integration, while coaching engineers and upholding engineering quality. This role offers impact in a data-intensive, trading-focused environment and opportunities to advance visualization patterns and team capabilities.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and delivery accountability for the CRR risk visualization layer
Design and implement user-facing risk reporting and exploration capabilities
Lead frontend development with React and AgGrid for large datasets and advanced interactions
Design and develop .NET-based backend services mediating data access and aggregation
Guide OpenSearch query/indexing patterns for fast retrieval and flexible exploration
Coach and mentor junior full-stack developers and enforce engineering best practices
Set engineering standards for quality, testing, and CI/CD across the visualization layer
Own performance and usability outcomes for visualization, addressing frontend, backend, and OpenSearch bottlenecks
Collaborate with CRR Development Lead and Senior Business Analyst to align with architecture and risk requirements
Continuously improve visualization patterns, approaches, and team practices

Key requirements

7+ years of experience delivering full-stack, data-intensive or analytics-driven applications
Strong experience developing backend services using .NET
Strong experience building frontend applications using React
Hands-on experience with AgGrid for large, data-intensive reporting views
Exposure to cloud-native deployment models and CI/CD pipelines
