In this role you lead the IT Delivery domain for Supply Chain, aligning business goals with IT capabilities and steering the project portfolio to on-time, on-budget delivery. You partner with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into IT initiatives and drive DevOps maturity within your domain. You manage end-to-end software delivery, risk, and post-go-live support while building a high-performing team. A strong focus on cost control, governance, and stakeholder collaboration anchors your impact, shaping IT to enable the supply chain’s performance and growth.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end application delivery within the Supply Chain domain, including planning, execution, and monitoring
Manage project progress, risks, and budget, ensuring timely delivery
Collaborate with other departments for successful handover and post go-live support
Ensure security, compliance, and architecture guidelines are followed
Translate business strategies into IT requirements and deliver value via IT roadmap
Build and manage a high-performing team of IT engineers, project managers, and Scrum Masters
Develop resource and budget plans and maintain monthly updates
Oversee financials, including PO compliance, accruals, and rolling forecasts
Foster DevOps adoption as maturity increases and act as sparring partner for senior management
Provide internal coaching to stakeholders for agile ways of working
Onboard and manage IT infrastructure services and maintain internal controls and risk mindset

Key requirements

5+ years of experience in managing and leading teams, preferably in Agile DevOps
>10 years of relevant content experience in the domain
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
Experience in project management and Continuous Improvement
Experience in financial management
High English level mandatory
