As Senior Manager, you will lead the accounting, consolidation and reporting functions to deliver accurate, compliant financial results. Responsibilities

Lead and develop the accounting team, promoting accountability and continuous improvement
Serve as main contact for auditors, advisors, and internal stakeholders
Oversee monthly and year-end close and consolidate financial statements
Ensure IFRS/US GAAP/local GAAP compliance and manage core accounting activities
Prepare statutory statements under OIC and support audits
Prepare and analyze balance sheets, ensure policy compliance
Manage monthly tax accruals for group reporting and fiscal consolidation
Coordinate annual budget and periodic forecasts; develop Free Cash Flow forecasts
Produce timely financial reports with strong internal controls
Partner with finance leadership on automation and system upgrades/ERP projects
