Responsibilities
- Lead complex building surveying projects from inception to completion
- Provide technical leadership to surveyors and support staff
- Manage project fees and overall commercial performance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and seek new business
- Mentor and develop team members; conduct appraisals and recruitment
- Oversee staff performance development and career progression
- Contribute to leadership and strategic growth of the Building Surveying team
Key requirements
- MRICS Building Surveyor at a leadership level
- Experience delivering a variety of project types
- Experience leading and developing teams (preferred)
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing fees, budgets and client relationships
- Valid driving licence
