In this role you will oversee HOA and DRE-related processes to support sales while minimizing disclosure risk. You will lead the community team in HOA governance, manage architectural decisions, and coordinate financial activities including tax payments and reserves. The position sits within a framework of policy development and department-wide efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive compliant, scalable operations in residential communities. This role offers the opportunity to impact how communities are managed and how homeowners experience our brand.

Responsibilities

Oversee preparation, filing, execution and distribution of DRE and HOA documents
Manage public disclosures and real estate reports to support sales and reduce risk
Oversee HOA management companies and associated budgets
Direct the community team in managing current HOA boards
Oversee Architectural Committee decisions and community turnover process
Coordinate and prepare tax payments and reserve analyses for the area
Develop and implement departmental policies to maximize work throughput

Key requirements

Bachelor in Business
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum 5 years of related functional experience
